Cancellation Policy

**For sales & return policies see postings at ‘selections centre’ or request a copy which will be forwarded to you

** ORDERS ARE NOT CANCELLABLE ONCE SUBMITTED. Custom orders are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable deposit will be taken when the order is placed.

** A cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit paid.

*Lead times for all deliveries are estimated and DO NOT START until any necessary final drawings, colour approvals, etc. are signed by customer & submitted as approved to the “manufacturer”. Lead times are subject to factory backlog at the time of order, damage in transit , and other delivery delays. Delivery cost is based on ‘single’ shipment. Additional charges apply for multiple deliveries.

* To avoid any misunderstandings, please review your order carefully. Question any unclear item. Please ask if unsure of description or codes. it is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to ensure all specifications, quantities, sizes, codes, and requirements are correct. (i.e. Fire hazard glazing, egress, safety glazing, etc.)

* Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours or no credit or exchanges will be made. Defects or discrepancies must be reported at the same time.

*Any damaged or wrong item that has been installed or altered is considered accepted by the owner.

* Take-offs are made as a courtesy to you. We do not guarantee or assume responsibility for its accuracy. Please verify all quantities and specifications w/ your contractor and/or architect. Please confirm all relevant regulations are being met. (i.e. Fire hazard glazing codes, egress & safety glazing, etc.)

*Full payment must be received prior to any service/warranty request.

*Warranties are limited to each manufacturer. Written warranties are available upon request. All suspected factory defects must be reported immediately and consequential or incidental damage is typically not covered by manufacturers
